 When a married couple failure to conceive after regularly
unprotected sexual intercourse for two years is termed as Infertility.
In Ayurveda it is called Bandhyatva. The factor may be either with the
male partner or the female partner .in the males the procreative
factor is the quality of semen. In semen sperms may be absent or small
in number. In some cases male and female both partners are infertile
is known as combined infertility.

    Regularly morning walk and yoga.Wheat grass juice 20 ml twice a day.Asgandh and Sataver useful for male and female.Kati-snan and mud therapy very helpfull.Avoid curd, cold-drinks, spicy and fried foods.Alcohol and Smoking prohibited for both partners. |
